Cancel Payments Made with Google Play, iTunes, PayPal, Credit Cards and More
Depending on how you paid for your subscription, follow the instructions for the following payment methods:

Cancel easily from your account page.
2. In the Account section next to Premium Subscription click on Details 3.Click Cancel next to the subscription you wish to cancel 4. Please tell us why you chose to cancel. Note: If you choose Other reason, please describe the reason why you are cancelling your subscription in the displayed box.
Once you have cancelled your Payment auto-renewal, your account will stay active until the current subscription expires. After that, you won't get charged.
To cancel 3Pay automatic renewal, on your mobile device:
- Text “IPTAL” to 7979.
- You will receive a message listing all your subscriptions on 3Pay and each subscription’s respective numeric cancellation code. Locate your Hotspot Shield subscription and cancellation code.
- Text “IPTAL” + Cancellation Code (e.g. “IPTAL 458”) to 7979.
If your payment method isn’t listed above, or you have difficulties canceling your subscription, please submit a request. We will help you turn off the automatic renewal of your subscription. Please include the following in your message:
Your username (email you sign in with)
Reason for cancelling
Your Premium account will remain active until your subscription expires. Canceling your subscription will stop it from automatically renewing and charging your credit card. You can continue to use Hotspot Shield’s Premium features to the end of your current subscription period.
