In case you forgot your password or need to change it, please follow these steps that apply to the Mac version of Hotspot Shield:
- In the app, click Account on the left.
- Click Account > Manage.
- A browser window will appear. Click on the link "Forgot password?"

Enter the email address associated with your premium account.
- Check your email, and follow the instructions for resetting your password.
- After resetting your password, sign in to your Premium account from the Hotspot Shield app to enable Premium features.
If you can't open the reset password link in your email, please turn Hotspot Shield on and connect to the US virtual location, then try to open it again.
