How do I reinstall the VPN profile on Mac?

To reinstall your Hotspot Shield VPN profile on your Mac device, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the gear icon at the top left corner of the application

  2. Delete Hotspot Shield Profile

- Go to system preferences on your Mac device - Select Network - Select Hotspot Shield - Click "-"  then click Apply

  1. Click Allow to let Hotspot Shield add VPN configurations

After reinstalling the VPN profile, Hotspot Shield will automatically connect.
