How many devices can be connected to Hotspot Shield VPN simultaneously?

It depends on the Hotspot Shield subscription you have.

Hotspot Shield Basic (free)

Free users can only link one (1) device to their account. To upgrade your maximum allowable devices on your account, purchase a Premium subscription.

Hotspot Shield Premium

Premium users can add up to ten (10) devices to their Premium account simultaneously.

Hotspot Shield is compatible with the devices listed below:

iOS devices running iOS 14 or later, including:

  • iPhone
  • iPad & iPad Mini
  • iPod Touch

Current unsupported devices

We’re working on it, but currently, Hotspot Shield does not support these devices:

  • Gaming consoles (Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation, etc.)
  • Kindle tablets
  • Kodi
  • SmartTVs that are not Android TV(Apple TV, Samsung, etc.)
  • Windows phones
