Why can't I stream Netflix?

 First, please make sure of the following:

You are watching United States Netflix and Hotspot Shield is connected to the United States.

Your internet connection is fast enough to stream video.  (Netflix recommends a 3 Mbps connection for one standard-quality stream and 5 Mbps for a high-definition stream.)

You have turned off Location Services on your mobile device, as follows: Go to SETTINGS>LOCATION on your phone and toggle the location switch to OFF.

Next, delete your Netflix app data and/or your browser cache.
