What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It addresses the export or deletion of personal data to those who reside in the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to EU citizens and residents over their personal data.

This regulation contains provisions and requirements pertaining to the processing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of data subjects inside the European Union.
