To get Premium features, you must be signed in to your Premium account. You can make sure you are signed in by doing the steps listed in this article.
If the application displays that you are already signed in:
- Try upgrading to the latest version here
- Settings > Sign in or create account > Sign Out
- You will get the option to upgrade to Premium
- Sign in from Settings > Sign in or create account > Sign In
- Enter your username/password
Hotspot Shield Account page should display your account Info with account type as Premium.
