- You might have reached the daily bandwidth limit to use our service, or
- You might be trying to access an app or website that requires an Elite subscription to unblock.
If you have an Elite subscription, you shouldn't see these pages. If you do, please make sure you have done the following:
- Upgraded to the latest version of Hotspot Shield here
- Signed in to your Elite account
- Checked that your device is linked to your account (The dashboard will display number of devices linked to your account)
