Why does a webpage from Hotspot Shield keep popping up?

• If you are a free user,
  You might have reached the daily bandwidth limit to use our service, or
  You might be trying to access an app or website that requires a premium subscription to unblock.
• If you have a premium subscription, you shouldn't see these pages. If you do, please make sure you have done the following:

1. Upgraded to the latest version of Hotspot Shield here.
2. Signed in to your premium account.
3. Check that your device is linked to your account (the dashboard will display the number of devices linked to your account).
