Why is it asking me to upgrade when I'm premium user?

You have to be signed in to your Premium account to get Premium features.  Please review this article if you don't know how to check if you are logged into your premium account.

If the application displays that you are already signed in:

  1. Upgrade to the latest release here
  2. Settings > Sign in or create account > Sign Out
  3. You will get the option to upgrade to Premium
  4. Sign in from Settings > Sign in or create account > Sign In
  5. Enter your username/password

Hotspot Shield Account page should display your account Info with account type as Premium and days left.

  1. Were you signed in to your Premium account?
  2. Which Virtual Location was selected when you had trouble changing Virtual Locations?
