Make sure the following is TRUE:

  • You are signed in to your Elite account
  • You have internet connection (check if you can open any website online) 
  1. Select the Virtual Location
  2. Verify that you have the location’s IP address here
  3. Clear your browser\app’s cookies and cache (How to clear cookies and cache?
  4. Connect Hotspot Shield
  5. Go to the app

If the steps above did not solve the issue and you are still unable to access the app, please click "Contact Support" , attach a screenshot of the error and the name of the app you are trying to access and let us help you solve the issue.
