In case you forgot your password or need to change it, please follow these steps that apply to the iOS version of Hotspot Shield:
- Connect to the internet
- In the app, tap Settings on the top left
- Tap My Account > Sign In > Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your Elite account > Forgot Password
- Check your email, and follow the instructions for resetting your password
- After resetting your password, sign in to your Elite account from the Hotspot Shield app to enable Elite features.
If you can't open the reset password link in your email, please turn Hotspot Shield on and connect to US virtual location then try to open it again.
