Before we troubleshoot, let's make sure the following is true:
- Your Premium payment is restored (To restore purchase, please check our Restore Purchase article in Payment/Subscription section)
- You are signed in to your Premium account
- Hotspot Shield is connected and VPN icon appears on the top in the status bar
- You have the latest version of the app (some older versions will have trouble connecting to our new servers)
To troubleshoot:
- Disconnect Hotspot Shield
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache: Chrome | Firefox | Safari
- Connect Hotspot Shield
- Restart the browser
- Go to iTV Player
If that does not work:
- Open Settings, swipe down and tap on Privacy.
- At the top, tap Location Services.
- Tap the toggle next to Location Services.
- Tap Turn Off to turn off Location Services for all apps.
- Go to iTV Player
