To exit out of the app is very simple. This is highly recommended because exiting the app can solve small problems such as the app disconnecting and reconnecting frequently, sign-in issues, the app is crashing, and if you just need to restart the app from scratch. This is highly recommended before starting any troubleshooting steps.
To exit the app please follow these instructions:

at the bottom of the device - Then drag Hotspot Shield up until it disappears.
