How do I remove a device from my Premium Windows account?

With a Premium subscription, you can add up to 10 devices from any supported platform—Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and supported router—to your Premium account.

If you already have ten devices linked to your account, you need to remove a device before adding a new device. You can remove (unlink) a device from your account by signing out on that device or removing the device via your account page.

To remove a device from your Premium account, please visit your account page:

    1. Log in to your Premium account
    2. Click on Hotspot Shield VPN

    3. Click on Unlink for the device that you want to remove.  If successful, the link text will change to Unlinked.
