If you tried to redeem your Elite code, but got “This License Key is already applied to your account,” then your Elite code was automatically linked to your account. You can verify this by checking your account history.
Elite codes can only be redeemed once.

Checking your account history
To view your account history, go to your Dashboard > View account history
Are Hotspot Shield Elite features disabled on your device?
In the Hotspot Shield app, try signing out and then signing back in to your Elite account.
If after checking your account history you see the code was not added to your account, please contact us to help you activate it.
