Refund policy

Customers can request a refund within 45 days from the purchase date.

Requesting a refund

Depending on how you purchased your Premium subscription, refunds will either be processed by AnchorFree or by the third-party payment vendor.

Refunds processed by payment vendors. Apple handles all refunds for purchases made through them. If you purchased your Premium subscription through iTunes or the App Store, you will need to request a refund directly from them.

Refunds processed by AnchorFree. We can process refunds for all other payment methods, excluding the ones processed through Apple. To ensure quick processing of your refund, please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Email Address associated with your Premium account
  • Premium Access Code received after your purchase
  • Order Number for the transaction
