If you were charged but your account time was not updated, please do the following:
1. Go to Android Settings --> Apps--> Hotspot Shield --> press "Clear data" (see screenshots).
2. Restart Hotspot Shield app and connect.
If your account is still expired, you will need to create a ticket (click here) and attached copy of your Google Play receipt. If you do not have Google Play receipt please follow the link https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en to retrieve it or contact Google Play support.
