If you paid via Google Play, but your subscription wasn't updated on your Android:
- Verify that your payment was linked to your account
- Check that your signed in to your account from the Hotspot Shield app on your Android device
Clearing Hotspot Shield's app data
If your payment was linked to your account and you're signed in to your account from the Hotspot Shield app, first, quit Hotspot Shield, then open your device settings and clear Hotspot Shield's app data by following these steps.
- In your device settings, tap on Apps or Applications (depending on the Android version you have)
- Tap Hotspot Shield
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Data (Note: You will be asked to confirm if you wish to delete the app data, tap OK)
After you clear the app data, launch Hotspot Shield again and sign in to your Elite account.
