Refund for MoPay or Boku payment


To get a refund for a purchase made with MoPay or Boku, you will need to contact them directly. They handle all refunds for purchases made through them.

To request a refund from MoPay, email MoPay Support at help@mopay.com. Make sure to include the following in your refund request:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile number charged
  • MoPay transaction ID
  • Date of transaction

To request a refund from Boku, please submit a request at https://boku.zendesk.com/home.
