Refund for MoPay or Boku Subscription

For a purchase made with MoPay or Boku, you will need to contact the payment processor directly.

To request a refund from MoPay

Email MoPay Support at help@mopay.com. Make sure to include the following in your refund request:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile number that was charged
  • MoPay transaction ID
  • Date of transaction

To request a refund from Boku

Please submit a request at https://boku.zendesk.com/home.
