For a purchase made with MoPay or Boku, you will need to contact the payment processor directly.
To request a refund from MoPay
Email MoPay Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the following in your refund request:
- Your full name
- Mobile number that was charged
- MoPay transaction ID
- Date of transaction
To request a refund from Boku
Please submit a request at https://boku.zendesk.com/home.
