To get a refund for a purchase made with MoPay or Boku, you will need to contact them directly. They handle all refunds for purchases made through them.
To request a refund from MoPay, email MoPay Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the following in your refund request:
- Your full name
- Mobile number charged
- MoPay transaction ID
- Date of transaction
