How to unlink an iOS device from your account

Hotspot Shield Elite Users can add up to 5 devices across 4 platforms (Windows, Mac, Android & iOS) to a single account. Your Hotspot Shield Dashboard shows all the devices that are linked to your account. In your Dashboard, you can unlink devices from your account.

To unlink a device from your dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your Hotspot Shield Dashboard (
  2. Hover the mouse over the device you want to unlink, and click Remove device


After doing this, your iOS device will be removed from your Elite account and if you wish to link the device again, you will need to log in to your iOS device again. For your reference, please check this article: How to Log In On iOS Device?
