How to unlink an iOS device from your account


Hotspot Shield Elite Users can add up to 5 devices across 4 platforms (Windows, Mac, Android & iOS) to a single account. Your HSS Dashboard shows all the devices that are linked to your account. In your Dashboard, you can unlink devices from your account.

To unlink a device from your dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your Hotspot Shield Dashboard (www.hsselite.com/sign-in).
  2. Hover the mouse over the device you want to unlink, and click Remove device.
    For some devices, the HSS client needs to be stopped on the device before the device can be unlinked.

To unlink your device from the client:

  1. Open the Hotspot Shield app.
  2. Tap My Account > Linked Account > Unlink Device.
