There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access a specific website:
- You are using Hotspot Shield while you are not correctly logged into your Premium account: In this case, when accessing some sites such as Netflix or adult sites, you will see a payment wall. If you are using iOS device and not logged into your Premium account you will see captive portal. In both cases to resolve this issue, you need to Log In to your Premium account.
- The website that you are trying to access has your cookies: For this case, you will need to clear your cookies and try to access the site once again. For more information on how to clear cookies, click here for assistance.
- There is an actual problem with our servers: If have already cleared cookies and you have made sure that you are logged in as a Premium member, then it is likely that there is an issue with our servers. If this happens, please submit a ticket to contact our support.
