If you are having trouble signing in, you may need to reset your password. This can be done very quickly on the Android app. Please follow the directions:

When you are on the login screen, you will see a "Forgot Password" option underneath the fields for your username and password. Please tap on that.

Once you tap on that, you will be redirected to a screen where you can type in your email address. Please type it in and tap on "Reset Password."
- After doing that, an automatic email will be sent to your email address. Go to your inbox and find the email. Once found, tap on "Reset password" to fully reset your password.
