Before we troubleshoot, let's make sure the following is checked:
- Check if you’re signed into your Premium account. To do this, open the app, select the 3 horizontal lines near the top left corner of the screen, and go to “Account.”
- Turn off our application and then verify that the sites you tried to visit can be accessed by your browser. If browsing does not work, try rebooting your computer. If that does not work, contact your Internet provider or the person who is responsible for your computer.
- Disconnect Hotspot Shield
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache (How to clear cookies and cache?)
- Connect Hotspot Shield
- Restart the browser
- Go to iTV Player
