Issue: I would like a refund for my Hotspot Shield Premium subscription which was purchased through the iTunes App Store on my Mac device. How can I be reimbursed?

Please note that because you subscribed to your Premium account through iTunes, Apple's policy requires that you cancel and request a refund through them only.
Please make sure you have canceled auto-renewal on your Premium subscription in iTunes before requesting a refund.
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Sign in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase your Premium subscription
- Select the appropriate options on your screen
- Tap Submit.
