How do I Request a Refund?


If you purchased your Elite subscription through the App Store/iTunes and would like to request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Go to Apple's Report a Problem page
2. Sign in to your account with the same Apple ID used for your purchase
3. Enter Hotspot Shield in the search bar
4. Click "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you’d like to refund
5. Select the appropriate item from the "Choose Problem" dropdown menu
6. In the text box, state that you’d like a refund and explain the reason
7. Then click Submit
