Unlink device to Account

If you need to unlink a device, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Elite Account
  2. Browser will load the Dashboard
  3. In the "My Elite Devices" section, hover the mouse over the device you wish to unlink from your account. (Warning: You cannot unlink the device you are logging in from if you have Hotspot Shield Turned ON
  4. Click Remove Device
