If you are having trouble linking your device to your account, please do the following:
- Log into your account
- Click on the product that you want to link. For example select Hotspot Shield.
- Check if the maximum number of devices are already linked to your account (5 max devices). To remove a device:
a. Click on Unlink next to the device you wish to unlink from your account. If successful, the link should change to Unlinked.
- If there are empty slots but can't link another device, contact our support team.
