Can't Link device to Account


If you are having trouble linking your device to your account, please do the following:

  1. Sign In to your dashboard 
  2. Check if the maximum number of devices are already linked to your account
    a. Hover over the device you want to remove
    b. Tap "Remove" Device in the pop-up to open a slot
  3. If there are empty slots but can't link another device, contact our support team
