Can't Link Device to Account

If you are having trouble linking your device to your account, please do the following:

  1. Sign In to your dashboard 
  2. Check if the maximum number of devices are already linked to your account (5 max devices). To remove a device:
    a. Go to the Devices section
    b. Click on Details next to the device you wish to unlink from your account, then click Remove Device
  3. If there are empty slots but can't link another device, contact our support team.
