Connected, but Cannot Browse Web - Part 1


If you are connected to Hotspot Shield but you cannot browse, please run the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel
  2. Click on “Network and Internet” >> “Network and Sharing Center” >> “Troubleshoot Problems” >> “Internet Connections”
  3. Run the Troubleshooter
