How do I reinstall my profile on iOS?

To reinstall your Hotspot Shield VPN profile on your iOS device, please follow these steps:

  1. Tap  Human_icon.png

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap Reinstall VPN Profile

  4. Tap Allow to let Hotspot Shield add VPN configurations

NOTE: Depending on the security configuration you have set on your iOS device, you may be asked to either enter your "iOS pin security code" or to "scan your fingerprint" after tapping Allow to let Hotspot Shield add VPN configurations.
