If you have a Hotspot Shield Premium account, you can log in to your account in the Firefox add-on:

1. Click on the Add-on icon 

2. Click on the Manage Account icon located at the top left of the add-on, then click on Sign In 

1. Enter email you used when creating your Premium account and your password, then click on Sign In

1. After that, you will see Hotspot Shield Elite/Premium  at the top of the add-on
